2023-04-27 - Spring skiing in Tahoe!

Tahoe update! This place is pretty cool. I got lucky and have been enjoying absolutely primo spring skiing conditions since a high pressure system is bringing sunshine and warmth through this weekend. It’s absolute vibes with people out in all sorts of fun outfits and no lift lines. Also, palisades is an awesome resort with tons of fun terrain to be found.
For this collection of pics we’ve got:
1/10 - me with not only mountains, but ALSO lake in the background. This is at the top of the highest point in bounds (granite peak) which has some sick lines coming off it if you hike a little.
2/10, 3/10, 4/10 are some of my “woah it was a big winter” pics - we’ve got me in the driveway of the house where I’m staying, the giant pile of snow from the parking lot, and a trail sign that’s almost buried still.
5/10, 6/10 - the same beach on the lake at sunrise and sunset, also showcasing how the snow does indeed melt when it’s warm and sunny
7/10 - my one and only friend who I created. I’d consider him a penguin-inspired snowman and am open to naming suggestions (also any leads on his brutal murder when I checked in on him later in the day 😢)
8/10,9/10,10/10 - pretty landscapes to be found all around!
